| Electronic forms go out fast
and responses come back fast. Customers simply upload their forms or
use our proprietary "Wizard" software to create surveys and forms
that collect data for directory updates, subscription requals,
registrations and other uses. We collect the data in a centralized
location so you can retrieve it as often as you like online. The
HTML form can be posted on your Web site or stored on our system and
sent with your message as a clickable file that is tracked for each
recipient.
Stored forms are automatically pre-populated with static
information, such as name and address, to speed completion. When the
recipient fills in the form and clicks on "Submit", the data is sent
to messageREACH® and may be retrieved online at any time by our
customers. Data is presented in a format (.csv) that is readily
accepted by most spreadsheet/database programs. Reports are
continually updated to reflect current activity.
