NFL Franchise Drives Season Ticket Renewals with Personalized Voice Messaging Capabilities

TINTON FALLS, N.J. (August 26, 2002) - Xpedite (www.xpedite.com), a company that helps businesses manage information distribution to and from their customers through multimedia messaging solutions, including fax, e-mail, voice and wireless services, and a business unit of Ptek Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: PTEK), today announced the Miami Dolphins have selected its voiceREACHSM messaging service. The National Football League team is using voiceREACH to distribute personalized voice messages from a Dolphins player to season ticket holders to complement their staff’s marketing efforts in the organization’s attempt to increase season ticket renewals.

The Dolphins access the voiceREACH service via a touch-tone phone where a player records a personalized message thanking fans for their support, highlighting the team’s accomplishments, and asking fans to renew their season ticket packages. voiceREACH then distributes the messages to an opt-in list of fans. Upon receiving the message, voiceREACH’s "Hot Key Transfer" feature enables fans to press "0" at anytime during the message to be transferred for one-to-one communication with a ticket sales representative. In addition, each call features instructions for mailing in a payment, a phone number to call at a later date, or opting out of a recipient list. Messages can be delivered to a live person, voice mailbox or answering machine, with a detailed tracking and reporting system which can tell who answered and at what point a call was terminated.
